Grandparent's Day

The 3 year old classes at Kilbourne Park gave their annual Grandparent's Day performance. They sang a multitude of sweet songs and served refreshments. Sam actually opened his mouth and made words come out during the production. Don't get excited...it only happened once. But hey! It's a start...and a HUGE start, at that!

It was super sweet and his Nana and Muzzy were especially impressed!

Michael's 34th Birthday

We're back!!! March was a very busy month. We had so much going on. I'll try to make this a short and sweet as possible.

March 10th

"Uncle Fat Bass" celebrated his 34th birthday. We had the very traditional Tronco's family birthday party with lots of good food and best of all...CHAOS!!!

Aunt Laynie, Renee, Mom, Dad, Nic, Michael, Kristin, Jameson, Isabella, Clayton, April (Clayton's girl-friend), Madison, Emma (April's precious little girls), and the Baker clan were all present to celebrate.

We concluded Michael's big day with the celebration of another birthday. My dad's cousin, Hank celebrated his big 6-0 with a big family blow-out at the Villa Tronco.

Friday night, after Sam's soccer practice, we went down to the fountain in Five Points. Each child was given the opportunity to dye the fountain green. They had beads and stickers, a leprechaun, and bag-pipers, but the hit was the Balloon man. He was the best I've ever seen. Although, we missed the actual dying of the fountain, we still enjoyed bumping into a few friends and watching the balloon man. Sam chose a not-so complicated sword. I'm sure it was a relief after the extremely intricate lion and elephant he had made just before he got to us. We treated Sam to pizza at Za's for doing such a great job at soccer and concluded our evening!
Saturday, we had Sam's first game. We came home and enjoyed the beautiful day and played in the yard. We had our neighbors over to cookout and enjoyed a surprise visit from Muzzy. Sam and Fulton enjoyed doing the video Karaoke with Michaela and her friend Lilly. I need to figure out how to put video footage on the blog. HMMMMMM...
