Rewind to Easter 2011
We had a positively delightful Easter! I was so thankful for being able to celebrate with great friends and family. This year Easter seemed to mean a little more for us. We have had a pretty rough past year. We have had some crazy ups and downs that seemed really hard to get through at times. Keeping in mind the ULTIMATE sacrifice that changed EVERYTHING for us as Christians, I feel like our sacrifices and tough times are all so minor. Because of His suffering, I know that His mercies are new everyday and through all our yuckiness we can feel confident that His love will see us through it all. It helps us to have a sense of newness and a fresh start...much like that very first Easter!
